I completed a Bachelors’ degree in Computer Science at Bangor University in 2011. Since then, I have taught at Bangor University and held a number of software development posts at various organisations, in both the capacity of an employee and as a consultant.
I completed a PhD in Computer Science in 2018, the title of which was “Unsupervised Change Detection in Multivariate Streaming Data”.
Most of my professional experience has revolved around back-end web development, building and deploying RESTful APIs. Most recently, this has involved containerised spring boot services deployed on kubernetes. However, I have worked in paradigms ranging from embedded systems to exploratory data science.
My publication record shows that I take a keen interest in Machine Learning, and keep up-to-date with the latest research developments.
